Knitted fabrics for bobbins
The labour-intensive process of punching the tobacco wrappers and binders is carried out in countries such as Indonesia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and the Dominican Republic. After die-cutting, the wrappers and binders are carefully placed on bobbins and transported to Europe in a deep-frozen state for final processing, ensuring their quality and integrity.
